Corporate Training
A single point of contact for your organisation’s certification training: skills assessment, course selection, delivery and cost control
ExamSimul Corporate Training is for organisations that need to qualify a team, not an individual. Instead of buying seats course by course from several suppliers, you get one interlocutor for the whole programme: requirements analysis, course search and activation, delivery in the format that suits your people, and a portal to manage and track it all. The result is lower training management cost, less time lost to coordination, and an investment you can actually measure.
ExamSimul is the training division of BITIL.COM, which holds the accreditations and is the legal entity you contract with and receive invoices from.

What a corporate programme includes
Requirements analysis
We start from the skills your teams already have and the ones the organisation needs, and work out which certifications close the gap.
Course search and activation
We identify the right courses, book the dates, assign accredited trainers and handle the official exam logistics.
Support for your staff
Dedicated guidance for the people being trained — which path to follow, what to expect at the exam, how to prepare.
Web and mobile portal
A personalised portal for managing enrolments, monitoring progress and keeping training costs under control.
Progress reporting
Regular reporting on who has been trained, who has certified, and where the programme is slipping, so you can act early.
One contract, one invoice
Courses, material and official exams on a single agreement, so procurement handles one supplier instead of several.
How we help you reach your objectives
| Objective | What we do |
|---|---|
| Bridge the skills gap | Assess current skill levels, identify the gaps, select the relevant training resources and agree a strategy for closing them. |
| Track your team’s progress | Monitor results through a custom portal: who is booked, who has attended, who has certified, and where the difficulties are. |
| Personalise the training | In-person training with an ExamSimul trainer who can work on your own data, processes and vocabulary rather than generic examples. |
| Drive future innovation | Establish a programme that grows with the organisation and evolves as the business changes, instead of a one-off course. |
Gain, train and retain: three steps to a capable workforce
- GAIN the right people for your team. Working with ExamSimul begins with an assessment: which skills you have, and which ones you need. That assessment is what a credible talent pipeline is built on, and from there you can build talent pipelines through our connections with more than 50 academic institutions.
- TRAIN and onboard new talent. Preparing a workforce to compete takes more than a plan — it is an ongoing process. Once you know whether people need new, different or refreshed skills, we build a development plan mapped to career tracks, with measurable outcomes.
- RETAIN your best employees. Certification gives people a visible career path. We deliver the training and then work with you to keep the momentum going, so that the investment stays inside the organisation.
Delivery formats
The format is chosen to fit how your people actually work, not the other way round:
| Format | When it works best |
|---|---|
| On-site classroom | A whole team to be aligned quickly, with the trainer coming to your premises. |
| Live virtual classroom | People spread across offices or countries, same trainer and same material as the classroom edition. |
| E-learning | Staff who cannot be released for consecutive days, or who are spread across time zones. |
| Blended | Self-paced foundations first, then live sessions for exercises, discussion and exam preparation. |
| One-to-one | Executives, or a single person with a firm certification deadline. |
| Fully tailored | Content and case studies rebuilt around your own processes, tools and terminology. |
Managing the budget
Organisations that train continuously rather than occasionally can prepay through ExamSimul Training Points: you commit an amount up front, receive a larger balance in points, and draw on it course by course during the year. It gives finance a single budget line and a single invoice, and it lets the training plan adapt as priorities move without renegotiating each time.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of participants for a corporate course?
It depends on the format. A dedicated on-site or virtual edition is normally worth running from a handful of participants upwards; below that, delegates are usually better served by joining a scheduled public course, which we can also arrange.
Are the official exams included?
They can be. Courses can be quoted with or without the official examination; when included, the exam is administered through the relevant institute and the certificate is issued by that institute.
Can the course be adapted to our own processes?
Yes, within the limits of the accredited syllabus. The syllabus content is fixed by the scheme, but examples, exercises and case studies can be built around your organisation’s own situation, which is what makes the training stick.
Who delivers the training?
Trainers approved under the relevant scheme, who work as consultants in the disciplines they teach. See Why ExamSimul for how we select and deploy them.
In which languages can a corporate programme be delivered?
Material is available in several languages and back-office support is provided in different languages. Which languages apply to a given course depends on the scheme and on the trainer assigned, so it is confirmed when the programme is scoped.
How do we start?
With a conversation about what the organisation needs to be able to do that it cannot do today. From there we produce a proposed plan and a quote — no commitment at that stage.
Tell us what your teams need to be certified in, how many people are involved and by when. We will come back with a plan and a quote. Contact us through the form or by email.
