Partner Program
Deliver accredited ITIL, PRINCE2 and APMG courses under your own brand, with ExamSimul supplying courseware, trainers and official exams
The ExamSimul Partner Program is for training companies, consultancies, universities and resellers that want to offer accredited certification courses without building an accreditation, a courseware library and an exam pipeline from scratch. You bring the market and the client relationship; we bring the accreditations held by BITIL.COM — ExamSimul is its training division, not a separate legal entity — the material, the accredited trainers and the official exams — in classroom, virtual, e-learning or blended format, in several languages.

What the Partner Program is
Our aim is simple: increase innovation by connecting companies and sharing knowledge. Accreditation is expensive to obtain and demanding to maintain — scheme rules, trainer qualification, courseware approval, exam administration. Most organisations that want to sell certification training do not want to run that machine. The Partner Program lets them use ours.
Concretely, a partner can offer courses, accredited courseware and official examinations to its own clients, anywhere and at any time, drawing on the accreditations and the trainer pool behind ExamSimul. The commercial relationship with the end client stays with the partner; the accredited delivery chain is ours.
What you get as a partner
Accredited courseware
High-quality, scheme-approved material, available in several languages and kept aligned with the current version of each syllabus.
Accredited trainers
Trainers approved under the relevant scheme, with more than ten years of consultancy experience in the disciplines they teach — not full-time lecturers.
Official examinations
Exam vouchers and sessions handled through the official exam institutes, with results and certificates issued by the institute itself.
Multilingual back office
Support in different languages for order management, trainer scheduling, exams and accreditations, pricing and invoicing.
Marketing and sales support
Help positioning the catalogue with your clients: course descriptions, learning paths, and guidance on which certification fits which role.
Affordable, flexible rates
Partner pricing designed to leave a workable margin, with efficient automation on ordering so that small volumes are still worth running.
Who the program is for
| Type of partner | Typical use of the program |
|---|---|
| Training companies | Widen an existing catalogue with accredited ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, DevOps, ISO and APMG courses without seeking their own accreditation. |
| Consultancies | Attach certified training to advisory engagements, so that a client’s team is formally qualified in the framework being implemented. |
| Universities and academies | Add a professional certification track alongside academic programmes, with recognised credentials for students. |
| Resellers and agents | Sell courses and exam vouchers to their own client base, with delivery and exam logistics handled behind the scenes. |
| Corporate learning teams | Run internal academies with accredited content and trainers, on the organisation’s own calendar. |
Delivery formats available to partners
Every format we run for our own clients is available to partners, and the choice is yours course by course:
| Format | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Classroom | On site at your premises or at the client’s, with our trainer travelling to the room. |
| Distance learning | Live virtual classroom on the agreed dates, same trainer and same material as the classroom edition. |
| E-learning | Self-paced study, useful where the audience is spread across time zones or cannot be released for consecutive days. |
| Blended | Self-paced foundation content followed by live sessions for exercises, discussion and exam preparation. |
| One-to-one | A single delegate with a dedicated trainer, typically for executives or for a fast certification deadline. |
| Fully tailored | Content, examples and case studies adapted to the client’s own processes and vocabulary. |
How a partnership works, step by step
- First conversation. You tell us which schemes your market asks for, in which languages, and in what volumes.
- Scope and pricing. We agree which courses are in scope, which formats, and the partner rates that apply.
- Agreement. Roles are set in writing: who holds the client relationship, who delivers, who administers exams and invoicing.
- Enablement. You receive course descriptions, learning paths and the operational contacts for scheduling and exams.
- First deliveries. Dates are booked, trainers assigned, material and exam vouchers issued.
- Ongoing support. Continuous support on orders, exams and accreditation questions, in your working language.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own accreditation to join the Partner Program?
No. That is the point of the program. The accreditations are held by BITIL.COM; ExamSimul is its training division, not a separate legal entity, and delivers under them. Contracts and invoices are issued by BITIL.COM A partner works within that accredited chain rather than obtaining its own.
Which certification schemes can a partner offer?
The schemes covered by our accreditations and memberships — including ITIL, PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile, Lean Six Sigma and the APMG portfolio. The Accreditations page states exactly which body accredits what, and in which capacity.
Who issues the certificate to the delegate?
The exam institute does, as it does for any accredited course. The certificate is the official one and is recognised regardless of which partner sold the course.
In which languages can courses be delivered?
Material is available in several languages, and back-office support is provided in different languages as well. Which languages are available for a given course depends on the scheme and the trainer assigned, so it is agreed course by course.
Is there a minimum volume to become a partner?
The program is built around flexibility and automated ordering precisely so that partners can start small. Volumes, rates and commitments are agreed in the initial conversation rather than imposed by a fixed tier.
Can a partner run a course entirely with its own trainers?
Only trainers approved under the relevant scheme may deliver an accredited course. Where a partner has trainers who meet those requirements, that is a point to raise at the start so the right arrangement can be put in place; otherwise our accredited trainers deliver.
