OpenSM Foundation
OpenSM is an open service management methodology: a structured way of describing how services are designed, delivered and improved, published openly rather than licensed.
The courses below cover the methodology and its Foundation certification. It is worth considering where a common vocabulary is needed without committing to a proprietary framework, or alongside one of the certifiable standards in this catalogue.
In the Information Technology industry, it is important to gain a good understanding of the OpenSM framework according to the sustainability of IT service management.
