ITIL4DITS Exam Session 1

First of the two exam sessions for ITIL 4 Digital and IT Strategy. DITS is the only module in the scheme assessed by a practical assignment alongside the exam, and the two sessions walk through how that assessment works.

Candidates coming from the other modules are usually prepared for the paper and unprepared for the assignment, which asks for applied judgement on a described organisation rather than recall. Seeing the format before booking is the cheapest way to avoid that gap.
