03 Exam Guide Prepare your documents

Third of the five parts of the PeopleCert online exam guide: the identification you need to have ready. The video explains which documents are accepted, why the name on the document has to match the name on the booking exactly, and what the proctor does with the document at check-in.

It is the smallest of the five preparation steps and the one that ends most sessions before they start: a name that does not match, an expired document, or an ID the scheme does not accept. All three are fixable in advance and none of them are fixable at check-in time. The other parts of the guide cover the computer, the room, starting the session and what happens during the exam.
