05 Exam Guide Exam Experience

Last of the five parts of the PeopleCert online exam guide: the exam session itself. The video covers what you can and cannot do once the paper is open, how to contact the proctor if something goes wrong, the rules that apply for the whole duration of the session, and what happens when you submit.

The point of this part is to remove surprises. Candidates who know in advance how the interface behaves, what counts as a violation and how the result is delivered spend their attention on the questions instead of on the process. The earlier parts of the guide cover the computer, the room, the documents and the check-in.
