A short promotional video about the organisation behind ITIL: who owns and maintains the framework, who accredits the training organisations and who runs the exams.

It is a question worth an answer, because ITIL is not a book somebody wrote: it is a scheme with an owner, a syllabus that gets revised, accredited providers and a certification register. That machinery is what makes a certificate mean the same thing in two different countries, and it is also why the rules about renewal, bridges and retirements change from time to time.
