PRINCE2® Practitioner exam (RETAKE) can be purchased exclusively if the first exam attempt has not been passed. In order to purchase it, candidates must have obtained the first exam voucher through BITIL.COM.

In order to access PRINCE2® Practitioner exam:

Please ensure that before you book an exam where a prerequisite is required, you hold verified proof of completion of that prerequisite (i.e. certificate, or letter from AXELOS or former Examination Institute confirming you hold a current certification). Your examination results will be withheld until the correct prerequisite is provided to PeopleCert. If you are unable to provide the required prerequisite, then you will need to successfully complete the prerequisite before the higher-level exam result is released.

The voucher allows you to take the online exam with the Examination Institute PeopleCert. You will receive the exam voucher code as of the activation date of your account on the platform. In any case, we reserves the right to send the exam voucher in every moment after the purchase. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• The time allowed for the REAL exam is 150 minutes.
• You must achieve 38 out or more of of 68 marks to pass
• All questions should be attempted
• Each multiple-choice question has a number of possible answers, of which only one is the correct answer.

During Open Book Exams, only the official book of PRINCE2® allowed, in hard copy or eBook format. 

• For all Open Book exams an electronic copy of the Book will be available on the ExamShield™ interface.
• Hard copy printed manuals may be annotated and tabulated. No sticky notes or other physical material containing additional notes are allowed.
